Annual Servicing and Maintenance Terms for Electric Vehicle Charge Points

This contract outlines the services to be provided by Rrev Ltd for the maintenance and servicing of electric vehicle charge points. The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing.

Importance of Servicing and Maintenance:

• Electric vehicle charge points are critical infrastructure that require regular maintenance to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
• Proper maintenance and servicing can prevent breakdowns and prolong the life of the charge points, saving on costly repairs or replacements.
• Updating the firmware ensures that the charge points are running the latest version which may have important security and performance updates.
• Regular inspections and torque checks can prevent electrical hazards and fire hazards.
• A detailed report on the overall condition of the charge points can help identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Scope of Work:

• Visual inspection of all charge point components, including cables, connectors, and enclosures.
• Checking and adjusting torque settings on all connections to ensure proper tightening and alignment.
• Updating firmware on all charge points to ensure they are running the latest version.
• Producing a detailed report on the overall condition of the charge points, including any issues or recommendations for repairs or replacements.

Service Schedule:

• Annual service to be performed at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
• Additional services may be performed at the request of the client, with costs to be agreed upon before work is performed.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of the service and receipt of the report.

Warranty:

• Rrev Ltd warrants that the services provided under this contract will be performed in a professional and competent manner in accordance with industry standards.
• Any issues or defects found during the service will be brought to the attention of the client and recommendations for repair or replacement will be provided.
• Rrev Ltd shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the failure of charge points or components not serviced under this contract.

Termination:

• The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
• In the event of termination, any unpaid charges for services performed under the agreement will be due and payable immediately.
